Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support maintenance coordination for occupied residential properties in Tustin, California. This Long-term Contract position focuses on routing vendor work orders, facilitating resident communication, and helping ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple requests while working with internal teams and external service providers.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate vendor service requests for occupied homes, ensuring new work orders are assigned promptly and tracked through completion.
