Insight Global is seeking a Service Coordinator to support one of our largest energy services clients. This person will ensure customer expectations and commitments are met through effective communication with their customers, providing support and information, and prioritizing service calls and direct coordination with their field employees. As the main point of contact for all service customers, this role ensures customer expectations are met by proactively following up after service visits. It involves handling decisions regarding the scheduling and movement of manpower and materials, as well as scheduling and dispatching the field labor force to meet customer needs based on the nature of the call, whether it be an emergency, preventive maintenance, available resources, or specific customer requirements.
