WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Coordinate daily scheduling and real-time dispatching of field crews, equipment, and resources
- Update and maintain the master project schedule across multiple active and upcoming job sites
- Collaborate with project managers and the business development team to align schedules with project timelines and capacity
- Build effective crew plans based on skills, experience, and team dynamics
