Dispatcher

Job Summary:

• The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of trucks, drivers, and goods to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. This role involves close coordination with Warehouse and Sales Office, tracking delivery schedules, and addressing any operational issues that may arise. The Dispatcher plays a key role in maintaining smooth logistics operations, optimizing routes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate effectively with drivers, warehouse, and operations staff
• At least 6 months of relevant experience in warehouse operations would be an advantage.
