Take incoming radio, phone and in-person calls, document details and escalate to proper resourcesDispatch Security, Cleaning Services and Building Operators to calls as requiredDispatch security services to critical facility issues, including medical, fire, and disturbancesProvide detailed documentation of activity as called into the dispatch center into event logsDispatching for emergency situations (EPS, EMS, EFD)Monitor CCTV and provide support to Security Agents responding to callsOversee facility monitoring systems, and escalate when equipment signals an alarmCommunicate and provide regular updates by email distribution groups for all events on the propertyProvide key access through key control system for employees and contractorsProvide contractor sign in / sign out process; sign out equipment as needed to contractors
