Main Responsibilities

• Accurately record all sales transactions using the kitchen Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure that official receipts are issued for every purchase.
• Monitor and maintain product availability by consistently updating and managing inventory in Alfred and other third-party platforms or devices.
• Provide administrative assistance to support daily Operations activities.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate closely with Line Cooks and Stockmen to monitor product availability and track sales status.
• Ensure all workstations are fully functional, including computers, tablets, internet connectivity, and printers, to facilitate smooth order processing and preparation.
• Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and secure handling of receipts.
• Support order dispatching as needed, especially for Mart-related orders.
