Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Accurately record all sales transactions using the kitchen Point of Sale (POS) system and ensure that official receipts are issued for every purchase.
- Monitor and maintain product availability by consistently updating and managing inventory in Alfred and other third-party platforms or devices.
- Provide administrative assistance to support daily Operations activities.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with Line Cooks and Stockmen to monitor product availability and track sales status.
- Ensure all workstations are fully functional, including computers, tablets, internet connectivity, and printers, to facilitate smooth order processing and preparation.
- Maintain proper organization, cleanliness, and secure handling of receipts.
