Our company is seeking an experienced DISPATCHER to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in transportation. 

This is a permanent full-time position.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm

***This position has a rotational after-hours support component, and pays an On-Call Bonus.***

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate rates with carriers and problem solving .
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries and pick-ups 
  • Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs.
  • Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.
