+ Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for various operational needs
+ Answer phone calls and process paperwork from completed calls
+ Contact customers after calls to conduct satisfaction surveys
+ Use radio, telephone, or computer systems to transmit assignments
+ Compile statistics and reports on work progress
