Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage stock movement and inventory control processes.

  • Ensure all dispatch documentation is completed accurately and timeously.

  • Lead, train, and develop the dispatch team to achieve operational targets.

  • Monitor staff productivity and manage performance effectively.

  • Investigate and resolve dispatch discrepancies and operational issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
