For this challenging job you can expect:

  • Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff to ensure flights are handled on schedule. 
  • Monitors software to determine arriving/departing flight times to ensure drivers
    reach the aircraft on time to unload/load. 
  • Provides accurate and on time information to Flight Supervisors, Drivers and Helpers. 
  • Coordinates with other operational departments on irregularities and changes. 
  • Assists/supports with loading/unloading trucks, to help drivers deliver on time. 
  • Provides a clean working environment, maintain clean docks, trucks and maintains
    clean equipment according to regulations. 
  • Follow all safety rules and company standards. 
  • Wear uniform and safety shoes while on duty.
