Dispatch Supervisor

TST-CF Express has been an industry leader for over 97 years, specializing in Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight. TST-CF Express has locations across Canada and through its strategic partnership provides transportation services across North America.

We are currently looking to hire Dispatch Supervisor who will be responsible for the planning, dispatching and managing of the local pickups and deliveries. The candidate will have industry experience, preferably within a unionized environment.

Job Duties

• Manages the operations on the Dispatch Center and dispatch communication processes, procedures and people.
• Maintain and execute the daily dispatch plan to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of outbound load execution.
• Receive and process transportation requirement requests from customers.
• Provide accurate directions for pickup and delivery services.
