Dispatch Operations Support VA

We are looking for a Dispatch Operations Support VA to help coordinate and monitor delivery operations. This role is perfect for someone with dispatching experience who is skilled in ensuring timely deliveries and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and manage driver schedules to ensure on-time deliveries
– Monitor real-time operations and step in to resolve issues as needed
– Maintain smooth communication with drivers to keep operations running
– Record and maintain dispatch logs and records
– Assist with tracking driver performance and preparing incident reports

Mandatory Skills:
– Experience in dispatching or logistics operations
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
