About the Role:
We are seeking an organised and proactive Dispatch & Customer Service Officer, to plan and execute the delivery of products to customers typically through our external freight contractors. The role requires constant communication with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders including Operations, Customer facing staff to deliver to our customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring reinforcing steel, mesh and fabricated products are delivered to customer sites accurately and on schedule
