Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dispatch & Logistics VA to manage daily operations for our refrigerated trucking fleet. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the trucking or logistics industry and familiarity with GPS tracking software.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate dispatch operations for 20 refrigerated trucks running 24/7.
• Track vehicle locations, routes, and schedules using Samsara GPS software.
• Ensure reefer temperature compliance to maintain refrigeration standards.
• Communicate with drivers about routes, schedules, and operational updates.
• Track vehicle inspections (90-day and annual) to ensure compliance.
