Sun Transportation Systems is hiring a Dispatch Logistician in Bolton, ON. This permanent full-time role focuses on logistical planning, coordination, and efficient personnel dispatching.
In this position, you'll oversee the logistics operation, monitor material movement, and ensure effective communication among teams. With responsibilities spanning training, record maintenance, and emergency dispatch, your organizational skills will ensure productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operational logistics and ensure compliance
• Coordinate between departments for seamless workflow
• Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding logistics
• Ensure proper functioning of all equipment
• Schedule and track shipments effectively
Requirements:
• At least 7 months of logistics experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
