Dispatch Executive

Role Responsibilities:

• Review customer purchase orders and prepare materials for dispatch
• Coordinate deliveries via delivery personnel or transport services
• Execute accurate billing using Tally software
• Maintain records of dispatch and ensure timely delivery execution

Key Deliverables:

• Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched on schedule
• Maintain billing accuracy and inventory movement in Tally
• Coordinate logistics efficiently for local and outstation deliveries
• Support internal teams with order tracking and customer updates
