Job Description – Dispatch Coordinator

Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, dispatch coordination, billing activities, and communication between Sales, Production, Store, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders received from the Sales Team.
  • Coordinate with Production and Store departments for material availability and dispatch planning.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery challans, E-Way Bills, and other dispatch documents.
  • Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Track order status and update the Sales Team regarding production and dispatch schedules.
  • Maintain records of orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications.
