Location: Remote
Schedule: U.S.-time-aligned rotating shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Coverage
• 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Tue–Sat)
• 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Sun–Thu)
Provides full 24/7 U.S. operations support

What You'll Do
Support drivers and agents via phone and email
Coordinate trip orders, repairs, and service needs
Maintain accurate shipment data in dispatch systems
Resolve real-time operational issues
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time performance
