This role is a highly organized and detail-oriented position responsible for scheduling and tracking of freight in Mexico, US, Canada (including cross-border routes). You will ensure operational excellence through precise shipment tracking, carrier management, and strict adherence to documentation protocols, acting as a crucial link between shippers, carriers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Improve the shipment lifecycle management by coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring all data matches according to customer’s requirements.
• Ensure proactive tracking along with timely communication by monitoring shipments and providing transparent updates to internal and external clients.
