  Role Summary:

Join AMB Logistics as a Dispatch Coordinator, a pivotal role who will be the frontline representative in a dynamic company. This role is a highly organized and detail-oriented position responsible for scheduling and tracking of freight in Mexico, US, Canada, (including cross-border routes). You will ensure operational excellence through precise shipment tracking, carrier management, and strict adherence to documentation protocols acting as a crucial link between shippers, carriers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Improve the shipment lifecycle management by coordinating pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring all data matches according to customer's requirements.

- Ensure a proactive tracking along with timely communication by monitoring shipments and providing transparent updates to internal and external clients.

- Negotiate and manage any dispute resolution of any on-road issues, including lumper fees, detentions and layovers. <...
