Dispatch Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to join our client's team in Beeton, ON.
Previous experience in a similar role within the LTL/TL Trucking industry is required.
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
- There is a potential for this role to become a hybrid position once training is complete
Salary: Up to $55,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating/dispatching shipments (LTL/TL)
- Monitoring loads and resolving issues
- Maintaining documentation
- Communicating (phone/email) with drivers, customers, and carriers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Dispatch Coordinator or similar role within the LTL/TL Trucking industry
- Strong administrative experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent customer service skills
