About the Role

Get Off Grid is a leading distributor of solar and renewable energy equipment, supplying solar panels, inverters, batteries and related products to resellers and installers across South Africa.

We are looking for a highly organised Dispatch Clerk to run our dispatch desk and coordinate the movement of customer orders from sales through to collection or delivery. You will be the communication link between customers, internal sales, transport providers and the warehouse packing team, ensuring every order leaves our facility accurately, efficiently and on time.

Duties & Responsibilities Manage the dispatch desk and the daily dispatch schedule. Coordinate customer collections, deliveries and third-party transport providers.
