Job Description
We are currently hiring for dishwashers for our client in the Dartmouth area
- Must be available to work FT (35+hrs/week) and an open availability.
-Must be availabel to work weekends
Job Duties includes:
Maintains a clean supply of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and trays that comply with Food Safety Standards. - Washes dishes, glassware, and flatware in a properly maintained dish machine and washes and sanitizes pots, pans, and utensils by hand. - Cleans, operates and maintains equipment according to safety, health and sanitation laws and guidelines standards. - Maintains a clean restaurant by removing all used dishes, pots, pans, utensils, silverware, and trays to the dish room and returning them to the prep and serving areas once clean. - Follows food handling, health, safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations and guidelines. - Removes and empties trash following waste management and environmental policies. - Ensures proper use of chemicals for d...
