Dishwasher

A Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure a safe and organized food service operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors
• Dispose of trash and maintain garbage bins
• Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and support tasks
• Store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Hardworking and team-oriented
