Summary

The Dishwasher is responsible for washing dishes, pots, cutlery, changing dish machine chemicals, maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchen and on occasion assuming other roles, such as a Porter.

    • Job Duties

  • Washing dishes, pots, etc.
  • Changing dish machine chemicals
  • Sweeping and mopping floors
  • Emptying kitchen and deli garbage
  • General clean up and maintenance of kitchen
  • On occasion, assist in putting stock away
  • On occasion, assuming the roles of porter when deemed necessary.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Department Managers
