Job Description

Dishwashers are responsible for washing all utensils and small wares in accordance with health regulations and guidelines.  They are also responsible for helping to maintain a clean kitchen and prep area. Could also be asked to help the preps complete a task.




 




RESPONSIBILITIES:





  • Wash all utensils and small wares

  • Helps keep kitchen clean and organized, including the walk-in

  • Details dish equipment daily

  • Responsible for lifting and organizing pots and pans onto shelves

  • Properly sets up and breaks down the station

  • Maintaining a professional, composed, and calm demeanor always 




QUALIFICATIONS:





  • Current Food Handler certificates

  • Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.

  • Basic knife safety

  • Basic communication skills
