Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes glassware flatware pots and pans using manual and mechanical methods
• Sort and stack clean dishes carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working condition report any issues to management
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including sweeping and mopping floors
• Adhere to all food safety regulations
