Dish Washer Operator

• Dishwashing Operations: Operate and maintain dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Pre-rinse dishes to remove food particles before loading them into the machine
• Monitor the machines operation and ensure proper cleaning and sanitation cycles are followed
• Manual Cleaning: Hand-wash delicate items or those that cannot be machine washed
• Scrub and sanitize large pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment as needed
• Kitchen Maintenance: Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
• Empty trash and recycling bins, and ensure proper disposal of waste
• Sweep and mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and perform other routine cleaning tasks
