Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in handling student infractions, disciplinary cases, or similar roles within an academic or institutional setting.
  • At least one year of direct experience in a student affairs or discipline-related role is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases or tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in using office productivity tools and case management systems is an advantage.
