Responsibilities
- Patrol school premises and support student discipline and safety.
- Handle student discipline cases, investigations and follow-up actions.
- Supervise detention, in-house suspension and behavioural monitoring.
- Conduct restorative conversations and support student behaviour improvement.
- Maintain discipline records and communicate with parents when required.
- Former uniformed service personnel (e.g. Police, Prison Service or equivalent).
- Experience in youth work, case investigation or behavioural support preferred.
- Strong communication, conflict management and de‑escalation skills.
- Calm, firm and professional when handling challenging situations.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Positive belief in student growth and restorative discipline.
