What success looks like in this role:

• Serves as senior business process outsourcing delivery specialist.
• Coordinates and plays a lead role in daily site operational activities, ensuring timely service delivery and achievement of contracted performance expectations.
• Leads or participates in projects to implement new initiatives, onboard new clients or enhance existing processes.
• Ensures service delivery meets quality standards, regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Monitors and reviews work processes, ensuring achievement of production requirements, volumes and deadlines.
• Identifies potential risks, working with management to develop and implement mitigation strategies – striving to ensure effective service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
