About the role We are looking for team members in our supported independent living arrangements in Narangba to provide 24/7 support in the home and out in the community.

  •   The support worker's role and responsibilities will include: Supporting people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community Providing positive behaviour support to our clients  Completing appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting and data collection Contribute to the team’s overall objective of providing the best outcomes for our clients Work with your team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision Maintain a professional relationship with client...
