Job Description

We are seeking Disability Support Workers for our community house located in Carlisle, Belmont, Bentley & Cannington. 

Our Disability Support team are a passionate group of individuals working together to empower our clients in pursing the dignity of independence. They demonstrate the Brightwater spirit that is caring, authentic, progressive, and courageous and welcome other like-minded support workers to join their team.

We have permanent opportunities across multiple sites including:

  • Carlisle & Belmont (Ellison House & Kailis House)– Mornings & Afternoon shifts
  • Bentley – Mornings
  • Cannington (Hamilton House) – Afternoon shifts+ Sleep shifts (2pm-6:15am)

    • Please note: Applicants will be progressed based on above availability only & required to attend an Assessment Centre
