Our Melbourne team work beside their customers and families, where and when they are needed, with our work across the Eastern Suburbs and Surrounds. Our programs are delivered across Melbourne Metropolitan Region with our central Hub locked in Blackburn. The team are dedicated to empowering individuals to lead independent lives by providing activities in home and in local communities to promote an exciting environment for social connection and creativity like our Social Dinner Club, weekend activities and Short Team Accommodation Assistance as well as regular In-Home Supports.

About Your New Role

We are seeking resilient and patient individuals to care for people with disabilities. With permanent part-time and casual role available, you'll provide support to help customers navigate challenges and reach their potential.
