Role Summary

This role provides critical support to the Disability Management function and branch partners. The incumbent will exercise sound judgment and meticulous attention to detail in establishing and updating both occupational and non-occupational disability claims. They will ensure timely and accurate communication of information to all relevant stakeholders. Given the potential for significant consequences—including regulatory fines, penalties, and impacts to employees—this position demands a high level of precision, confidentiality, privacy and compliance in all activities.
