Apply now Our client in Vale of Glamorgan is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Disability Facilities Grant (DFG) Officer to join a well-structured and dynamic team. This opportunity offers both full-time and part-time contracts, flexible working (including home working), a manageable caseload, and ongoing training to support your professional development. This is an initial 3–6 month contract, with strong potential for extension.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Disability Facilities Grant applications from referral through to completion
  • Assess service users’ needs within their home environment in line with DFG legislation and guidance
  • Work closely with Occupational Therapists, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders
