What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to VP Tax & Treasury, the Director of Treasury will lead Aecon’s corporate treasury function, ensuring optimal liquidity, financial risk management and capital structure to support the company’s strategic objections. The role provides leadership in cash management, debt financing, banking relationships, and treasury systems, while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with Aecon’s business objectives, advise senior management on capital structure, financing operations, and risk mitigation.

  • Oversee daily cash positioning and liquidity planning across multiple entities and joint ventures. Optimize working capital and ensure sufficient funding for operations and projects.
