What success looks like in this role:
The Product Test Director is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the organization's quality vision and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient products. This leader defines enterprise test strategy, builds and mentors high-performing quality teams, and partners with Engineering, Product, and Business leadership to embed quality into every stage of the product lifecycle.
This leader will manage group of engineers through Senior Managers, drive innovation across the product lifecycle, and partner with global executives to align technology with business goals.
