Job Description


What you will be doing:

  • Own the strategic product & technical roadmap for new complex systems aligning to corporate objectives and modernization efforts.

  • Lead and develop a 17-person cross-functional technical squad (Developers, BAs, QA, etc.) delivering complex software systems.

  • Drive modernization of legacy systems, overseeing rebuilds, and migration to a modern tech stack.

  • Implement and mature CI/CD, DevSecOps practices, Automation, and engineering excellence standards.

  • Champion Agile ways of working: backlog prioritization, user story quality, and squad rituals etc.

  • Mentor and upskill teams through ongoing organizational and technology transformation.

  • Serve as a cultural leader who inspires, aligns, and elevates the maturity of the group and the broader organization.
