Position Information Job Title Director, Student Support Programs Location Woodland Community College - Woodland, CA Job Description BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of the College Vice President of Student Services, The Director of Student Support Programs will plan, implement, develop, organize, and ensure that student access, retention and success objectives are accomplished as outlined in the college Educational Master plan, Strategic Plan, and Equity Plan with the goal of eliminating disproportionate impact. Essential Duties Summary REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Initiate and lead the interviewing, hiring and evaluation process of staff, including faculty and peer tutors, according to District policies and procedures.
