Director - Strategic Operations

**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring a Director Strategic Operations to support our Ship Repair business in San Diego, CA. The Director leads Ships Managers and Production Craft Managers to achieve company goals, specifically safety and delivery of projects under budget and on-time while maintaining quality and relationships. The Director leads the production crafts at the San Diego Shipyard; directly managing and coordinating production activities, production shops, and related facilities and resources. The role will develop, maintain, and direct all aspects of the San Diego Ship Managers and Production Craft Managers, Supervisors, RCC management and Test and Restoration Management.
