About the Role

The Director's primary responsibilities are managing multiple KMS Software client accounts, providing oversight and direction to our offshore delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, and actively participating in the sales cycle for new business. In addition, the Director focuses on retention and growth of existing business within each account.

Leadership & Mentorship

A Director is expected to participate in staff meetings, contribute ideas into the overall management and well-being of the Software business, serve as a mentor to junior staff, and consistently identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of KMS Software Service's work and job satisfaction for staff.
