Seeking an experienced Head of Transactional Finance / Shared Services Controller to review financial operations within a high growth business.

Leading a Finance Transformation project, partnering the Group CFO.

Looking for a Transactional Finance expert to evaluate and improve several core finance processes.

This role will play a key part in modernising how finance operates, evaluating & improving key financial processes and tasks.

• Review and lead transformation of Sales Ledger process from heavily manual to system‑led
• Agree with Exec Team proposed process including split of activities completed centrally and at business unit level
• Develop and lead implementation of robust Dunning process
• Develop and lead review of aged debtor balances, agreeing approach to close down aged position
