Summary of ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Retail Finance Operations will be primarily responsible for oversight and control of the credit, funding, customer service, collections, default management, recovery, and remarketing activities within Yamaha Financial Services Retail Finance. Effectively leading the teams and managing critical vendor relationships will be key to success in this role.
