:As Director of Registrations & Licensing (R&L) within Sun Life’s Retail Advice and Solutions business (RA&S), you'll shape the future of advisor onboarding and regulatory operations. You will drive strategic transformation impacting key business outcomes while building and leading a high-performing team that's central to Sun Life's wealth and insurance businesses. This is an owner's role where your vision directly impacts efficiency, risk management, and advisor experience.
What will you do?
Strategic Leadership:
Refresh the mandate and strategy for the R&L function, aligning with business roadmaps to accelerate advisor onboarding and minimize operational risk
Regulatory Authority
Serve as Chief Authorized Firm Representative (ACFR), overseeing all firm registration processes, regulatory reporting, and regulatory engagements across investment and mutual fund dealer operations and insurance
