Overview The Director of Recruiting will lead the recruitment strategy, supervise staff, develop policies, and ensure the effective staffing of the university.
Responsibilities
Assign projects to subordinates and staff related to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations.
Direct and control daily operations and oversee the preparation of reports.
Motivate and coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and advise senior management.
Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies and communication plans.
Establish and implement policies and procedures and manage the budget and expenditures.
Recruit and hire staff, and supervise 3‑4 people.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3 to less than 5 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
