We are seeking an experienced Director, Quality Engineering in our Bengaluru office The Director of Quality Engineering at Granicus is a managerial and technical leader of a quality engineering team.
The primary role of the Director is to lead productive, resilient, high-performing quality development teams, while fostering a culture of inclusivity, transparency, and innovation, where customers' needs are ever present.
The primary responsibility of the Director is to work closely with leadership across the organization to ensure that the quality engineering team supports the goals of the business while identifying ways others can further enable the quality engineers' impact, constantly leading the team in the same direction.
The Director reports to the Regional VP of Software Engineering and has managerial and technical oversight of multiple distributed teams, overseeing testing, emphasizing automation, security and quality best practices.
