Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director – Civil to lead and deliver large scale and high end interior fit-out projects from inception to handover. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex, fast-track projects with high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of fit-out projects (commercial, institutional, hospitality, or mixed-use)
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards
• Manage site execution, approvals, inspections, and handover processes
