Summary The incumbent serves as Director of the Boise VA Regional Office. The Director is responsible to the Under Secretary for Benefits through the District Director for the effective, efficient, and economical direction, control, and operation of the Veterans Benefits Administration's program of benefits and services provided by law for Veterans, their dependents, and beneficiaries. *PCS - Relocation Expenses with Temporary housing is authorized for this position within applicable regulations.* Responsibilities The Director establishes Regional Office policies and procedures consistent with national mandates; provides executive leadership and direction for subordinates in the investigation and solution of problems arising in the Regional Office's administration of veteran's benefits programs and services.
