About the Role:

Conexiom is seeking a Director, Professional Services to lead customer onboarding, implementation, and billable services while driving the transformation of how services are delivered. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve rapid time-to-value and sustained success from Conexiom’s solutions, while modernizing services to scale efficiently and intelligently.Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, this role leads a team of experienced services professionals who manage complex, cross-functional implementations and onboarding engagements.
